Q

1. How is the cooler installed?

A

With our Do-It-Yourself kit, installation is a snap. It is included with every bottleless water cooler purchase. We can also provide an easy-to-follow video demonstration and if you need just a little more help, iBottleless is just a phone call away. You do not need to refit any pipes or divert your main water line. We understand that some situations require professional help, for an additional fee (approximately $199), we will send a technician to your area to install your bottleless water cooler.

Q

2. What if we have never installed something like this?

A

At iBottleless, we believe in you and your ability to install your bottleless water cooler, maintain its sanitation, and replace its filters with ease. We provide excellent instructions and we can “walk you through” the process over the phone if you have any specific questions or concerns.

Q

3. Will this installation take all day to complete?

A

Not at all, a typical installation takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

Q

4. What about a water source for the bottleless water cooler?

A

Most of the time, we get water from a sink in the same room and the job is completed in about 45 minutes, but the bottleless water cooler can be located from less than 10 feet to several hundred feet away or located in another room from the water source.

Q

5. Can you install the bottleless water cooler for us?

A

As we mentioned above, we understand that some situations require professional help, for an additional fee (approximately $199), we will send a technician to your area to install your cooler.

Q

6. What filters are included with our bottleless water cooler?

A

Included with each bottleless water cooler is an NSF-certified sediment and carbon filtration system. This filter removes chlorine, sediment, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from water. This system is recommended to be used only with potable (drinking) water. For an additional fee, you can purchase a reverse osmosis system. See our shop for details.

Q

7. How often does the filter need to be changed on our bottleless water cooler?

A

Although a filter can last up to a year, at iBottleless, we recommend changing the filter every six to eight months as sediment can build up inside the cartridge and the carbon can lose its potency to dissolve contaminants. We will send you a friendly reminder e-mail or give you a quick telephone call to let you know when your cooler is due for filter replacement. Life is busy; let us make it easier on you!

Q

8. How is this bottleless water different from bottled water?

A

Filtered tap water from a bottleless cooler preserves the high standards set by your local water source while eliminating any remaining impurities. It costs a fraction of the price of bottled water and stays thirst-quenching and delicious!

Q

9. What is the warranty on the bottleless water cooler?

A

iBottleLess will directly warranty the bottleless water cooler for 60 days after receipt. If we determine that your bottleless water cooler is defective, we will ship you another cooler. The manufacturer provides a warranty for 2 years on all parts including system and for 3 years on the cooling compressor.

Q

10. What happens if my bottleless water cooler is damaged during shipping?

A

Although our bottleless water coolers are rarely damaged during shipping, it is possible that it can occur. Our bottleless water coolers are packaged with care to prevent this from happening. If there is a damaged shipping issue with your order, we will contact UPS to file a shipping claim. UPS will pick up the water cooler and inspect for damages. We will immediately send a replacement unit to you.

Q

11. If I order today, when will I receive my bottleless water cooler?

A

We ship orders within 2 business days and depending upon where you live (within the 48 contiguous states), it will normally arrive within 3-6 business days.

Q

12. How do we change filters and service our bottleless water cooler?

A
