On average, most municipalities bill out around 1 cent per every 3-4 gallons of water consumed/used. Using those numbers, if you were to replace your city/community provided water with the equivalency of 25 gallons of fresh, drinkable (potable) water per month using a new iBottleLess™ cooler, or even replacing five 5-gallon bottles you might be consuming with another bottled water cooler system with iBottleLess™, your municipal water bill would go approximately 6.5 to 8.5 cents per month; a mere, $1.02 -$1.10 annually. So, the answer is yes, but that’s a nominal fee in return for the added benefit of the convenience of having clean, fresh water at your fingertips without the hassle of waiting on deliveries or swapping out 40-45 lb bottles yourself when you run out.
Plus, remember!… You’re going to be saving in the long run when you subtract the cost of bottled water you were buying previously, delivery costs, and cooler rental costs. And, let’s not forget the positive environmental impact you’re going to make by replacing all of those plastic bottles that aren’t always recycled!
Upon purchasing your iBottleLess™ water cooler we provide instructions on how to access our support page. On the support page, you will be able to watch videos where we demonstrate how to install or troubleshoot the equipment. Replacing a filter is as easy as changing a light bulb-it twists right into the bracket near the water source or on the back of the machine.
We ship orders within 2 business days; depending upon where you live (within the 48 contiguous states). Shipping is free via ground-service through UPS or Fedx, and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days barring special circumstances, or close to major holidays where shipping traffic can be at its peak.
iBottleLess™ packages the water coolers and accessories with extreme care to prevent this from happening. And, even though our bottleless or tankless water coolers are rarely ever damaged during shipping, we know it is possible, on the rare occasion, something might happen during shipping to cause damage. Therefore, we encourage you to unpack and look over your equipment within the first day of delivery.
If there is a damage to the unit, you will want to contact customer support as soon as possible. We will, in turn, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. The shipping carrier (ex: UPS or Fedx) will pick up the water cooler from your home or place of work where it was originally delivered and inspect for damages to note in their reports. iBottleLess™ Support will immediately then send a replacement unit to you.
iBottleLess™ will directly warranty the bottleless (bottle-free or tankless) water cooler for 60 days upon receipt. If we determine that your iBottleLess™ water cooler is defective, we will ship you another water cooler unit. The manufacturer provides a warranty for 2 years on all parts; including system, and for 3 years on the cooling compressor itself.
Filtered tap water, or municipally-delivered water filtered through a bottle-free cooler preserves the high water quality standards set by your local water source while eliminating any remaining impurities. It costs a fraction of the price of bottled water, reduces plastic waste and an environmental footprint, and stays fresh and delicious at the push of a button!
Although a filter can last up to a year, iBottleless™ best use recommendations encourage you to change the filter every six to eight months. Overtime, sediment can build up inside the filter cartridge and the carbon within can lose its potency and its ability to effectively dissolve contaminants.
Life is busy, so we make maintenance easier on you! iBottleLess™ Support will send you a friendly e-mail reminder or give you a quick phone call to let you know when it’s time to replace that filter. You can purchase online, or give our friendly Support Team a call at 888-416-8705.
Included with each water cooler order is a NSF-certified sediment and carbon filtration system. This filter removes chlorine, sediment, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from your drinking water. This system is recommended to be used only with potable (drinking) water. For an additional fee, you can purchase a reverse osmosis system. See our Shop for a full line of products and product specifications.
We understand some situations require the aid of a professional, so for an additional fee (approximately $199), we can schedule a professional technician to come to your home or office area to install your cooler.*
*Some restrictions apply. Available in most locations across the 48 contiguous states. Call for additional questions or to discuss your specific needs.
Most of the time, we can get water sourced from a sink within the same room, and you can complete the setup in about 45 minutes for a brand new install; more quickly if you’re replacing an existing bottleless system with a new iBottleLess™ water cooler. But, your bottle-free water cooler system can be located from as little as 10 feet from your water source to up to several hundred feet away; even located in another room from the water source.
Every situation is different and unique. So, if you would like the assistance of a professional technician to handle the installation of your new unit you can schedule to have a trained and certified iBottleLess™ installation partner deployed to your home or office. Click here to learn more.
